Darren Cooper (Chief Architect) has led the way for over 16 years in the conception, architecture and realization of both consumer and business-to- business products. He has worked for a number of multi-national organizations including: ABB, Nortel Networks, Trinity Convergence and Pomdevices LLC. He founded and created web-en.net – a simple, easy-to-use tool enabling non technical users to create beautifully designed, professional websites quickly, and without fuss. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and subsequently studied Software engineering at post graduate level.
Marty Lee (Director of Product Management and Network Operations) is a network professional with over 35 years experience engineering, building and operating wide area carrier broadband networks. He has worked for several telecom equipment manufactures, national providers, optical technology startups and most recently was the Senior Engineering Manager for a regional fiber optic carrier. Marty holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Oregon State University.
David Hoffman (Privacy Issues Advisor): David A. Hoffman is Associate General Counsel and Global Privacy Officer at Intel Corporation. In 1999, he founded Intel’s privacy team. Previously, David served as group counsel in the Intel European legal department while leading Intel’s worldwide privacy and security policy team. David was a founding member of the BBBOnLine Steering Committee and has served on the TRUSTe board of directors from 2000 to 2006. David has also served on the board of directors for the International Association of Privacy Professionals, for which he was the treasurer. David has a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, where he was an editor on the Duke Law Review. He also received an A.B. from Hamilton College. He also is a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University and teaches information Privacy Law.
